sendle service is very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone who cares about their reputation.
Our first ever shipment has so far taken over 25 days to be delivered and still no one knows where it is. The customer service is not responsive and it seems the agents do not know what they are doing!
I suggest to stay away and do not waste your money on Sendle.

This app is great. It saves me so much time. Customer service is great. Andrew helped me fix a few errors I had made with in hours of me needing help. He also took the time to step me through using the app so it can be even more effective for my needs.
I have been using the app for 4 years and just added the Australia Post integration which works beautifully.
Andrew and Bivash are really listening to the feedback they receive and are very prompt in implementing fixes / improvements.

$9.95 USD a month? Nope not worth that. Sendle is making enough off of the shipments, asking to pay a monthly fee for an app to use their service in Shopify is just not right. No matter how you try to justify it.
