SendOwl

I have been using SendOwl integration with my Shopify store for over 5 years now. It is a great service, and helps me to deliver my digital goods to my customers. The dashboard is easy to use, and setting up products is very straight forward. Any time I have contact support they have been very quick to reply and super helpful to get any issues solved. I would 100% recommend using SendOwl to deliver digital files to customers via your Shopify store.

Usually reliable tool shopify, with even some interesting features like pdf stamping and drip function.
Been using this for years. Lately got somewhat disappointed with communication, like in a recent two day semi-outage, where nothing was proactively communicated, not before, not during, not after. Hence detracted one star.

I used to LOVE This app - (installed it back in 2019 as couldn't find any other alternatives). They have just moved my pricing from $36 to $190 and didn't bother telling me. That's not how you treat your customers - whoever made this decision within your business - should be fired. You have likely lost a ton of business. BAD, BAD, BAD!!

worked great, but with a price hike that puts the monthly fee more than my monthly take - unsustainable. no thankyou.

my plan has gone from £24 to £249. I speak to the customer service and its absolute madness. £200+ to sell a few ebooks. Trying to pull the wool over your eyes in price increases.

I have very much enjoyed using SendOwl. It's been an app that has given me 0 issues. I understand with technology sometimes servers are going to go do for whatever reason, and SendOwl is always incredibly quick to get things working again the few times it has happened over the last 4 years. Very happy with this app, their customer service, and pricing. I will continue to use this app for my website!

Works smoothly and allows us to bundle products together easily for specific variants on Shopify. I also love that:
- You can delivery in various formats, from redirect link to file upload to drip, to a service.
- through SendOwl we can send product updates to all our customers.
- when you process a refund on Shopify it automatically locks file access as well on SendOwl (but you can undo that if customer still needs access)
- able to set up a link to the downloads page from all the customer touch points, like thank you page, order page, and order confirmation email.

I've been with Send Owl for nearly 5 years. Their service is impeccable and their support is excellent. Send Owl never goes down. NEVER. That's a stellar record to own for the five years they have serviced me. You won't be sorry.

Amazing App and Amazing Support. I Cannot fault either. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning as I moved away from another digital platform but soon found my hesitations unfounded. That was several years ago and we have not looked back.
We offer downloads and streaming of our products. Some of our bundle products have 30+ files contained within them and they are handled without any problem.
We are confident in the delivery systems and Send Owls focus on security, balanced with its functionality. Orders are accessed by customers around the world and we have never had any concerns voiced by our customers. I would say make the most of the free trial period, get to know what is offered before you jump in - it's there for that reason.
