We have used SendOwl to deliver our digital products since spring of 2020. Creating and uploading products is a breeze. The ability to create and sell product bundles was a game changer for our business. We have always been impressed by the ease of use on the Shopify platform. Their customer support team has always been a pleasure to deal with and has resolved any issue quickly.

As a fully Digital Store, SendOwl is literally the connection between me and my customers. The process is great, the support is wonderful, and the ability to add download links to the Thank You Page, Customer Area, and Email is perfect. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I never write reviews but I wanted to write one for SendOwl. My business lives or dies based on how well digital files are delivered to my clients.

I've used SendOwl since day one and it's always worked perfectly.

It's chocked full of features (without being confusing) and provides a clean and simple experience for your customers.

Plus, they respond quickly and helpfully when you email them (which you won't have to do often because SendOwl works great). If you need to deliver digital products these are the guys to do it.

I've been using SendOwl for over 2 years and I can't say enough good things about it! The setup was so easy and it works seamlessly with my Shopify store.

Anytime I've had a question, needed to upgrade etc., George and his team have been quick to respond and solve my issues. The SendOwl customer service is top notch, which is just as important to me as an app that does what I need it to do.

We use Send Owl to sell digital curriculum books, and it works like a champ! We used to get customer calls all the time before switching to Send Owl, and now we rarely hear a hoot! Set up was really easy and we have been hands off since.

I have used this app well over a year now. I never have issues at all. Their support articles are awesome. And when I DO have a question, both times I've reached out to their support email, they have gotten back to me quickly with the answer + article to help me out. Chelsea, Paul, and Andrew have all helped me. Fantastic! I highly recommend this if you're selling digital content.

Sendowl app, service and support is just great. If you're working with digital delivery, need to handle licences, or want to subscribe buyers to different mailing lists based on the product they bought, it's just the perfect choice.
Everything they say on their web site has been verified, and works as stated, plus they are responsive.
Shortcomings : if you have many products to import, so far, it's not been very easy, only relying on the web UI, and I'd love something like Shopify's import/export features for catalog. I have over 500 products/bundles as I have bundles of 10 or more products sometimes.

We have been using this app for almost two years now and we can't say nothing bad about Send owl! The app features allot of cool tools like digital files, software, license codes, reporting analysis area and allot more.

At our website we sell digital downloads for Music Producers so it was very important for us to find an app that could delivery files automatically after purchase 100% of the time. And Send owl has done this for us.

Recently we ran our of cloud storage but we contacted Send Owl support and they transferred us to a higher plan!

So if you're selling digital files we will recommend you to use Send Owl. Great app, great service!
