SendOwl

We switched to SendOwl last June and we couldn't be happier. We have a large volume of customers and a range of over 100 download products. SendOwl has been bug-free, easy to learn and use, and delivers a functional and elegant client experience.

We absolutely adore this App! More than 75% of our products are digital, and we've used it now for nearly 2 years. We've been so pleased with it's performance. We've had only a couple of issues, and once brought to the makers attention, were addressed lightning fast!!! Excellent customer service. We'll be users of this App for good!

Love the app. We have been using it for three months now to fulfill digital magazine downloads, works like a charm! Support (we only needed it once for a question) was also very quick and helpful.

Hope they will be adding even more features going forward. My personal wishlist is (1) tracking downloads in Shopify and other apps such as Klaviyo (we have some customers who get confused between physical and digital variants, could then send automated mails to customers who have not yet downloaded the product after some days). (2) being able to set the auto-fulfillment flag at product level, instead of the account (we have physical products with an attached digital file where we do not want auto-fulfillment, but also digital-only where we do want auto-fulfillment).

Our business needs a reliability of the download engine. This is what you will get with SendOwl and support is superb.

These people are highly competent and know what they are doing. The app works perfectly well and their customer service really cares about you as their client even when Shopify is putting some impediments for selling service/digital content right now.

If you are looking for an incredible platform for delivery of your digital products your search stops here. This is by far the best on shopify especially if you have many digital products. Other apps force you to upload the files to their servers whereas sendowl lets you host the files on your own server. This will save you a lot of money since you would otherwise be forced to pay a premium for the storage space. Their customer service is the top notch. I reported a bug and they fixed it within a day!

We have been using SendOwl for 4 months now and we are impressed at how well it works. Integration with Shopify was easy and intuitive and we have now made our 400 products available as PDF downloads which our customers certainly appreciate. Paul and George (SendOwl support) were responsive with questions and even set up a custom plan as we do not use a lot of storage but have a lot of SKUs.
I love to ability to send stamped PDF's to customers as well as issue free orders when needed.
