I've been looking for a while for an app to recover the abandoned carts, it was frustrating for me because others were difficult and quite complicated .
You guys have the best app really easy and simple ,besides the great support .

No-Brainer!! I've been using this app now for a little while, and I HIGHLY recommend it!! It's so easy to use, very user-friendly (not like email providers at all!) I was inspired to write this review after I thought I needed customer service. They replied to my email on a SUNDAY- WHAT???!! AMAZING! They continue to add features that save time and money from having to buy and install other apps too. This is one of THEE most important apps you can get. Just do it!
The best app I have seen on Shopify deserves more than 5 stars. I spoke with Nallely from Abandonment Protector Customer service on a phone call she called me on time. She is Friendly, Professional, and very helpful. THANK YOU

I use a lot of apps for my online store. This app has not only been helpful in my store, but the customer service is top notch. Sarahy popped up right when I was trying something new, ended up answering all my questions on the spot, and designing brand new pop ups from scratch in a very short amount of time. Very happy and would recommend!
