Support has been great, The interface is pretty straightforward. I use it will all my shopify stores

It's a good app, just all of the new features can be overwhelming. We mainly use it just for abandoned checkout.

UPDATE: Unfortunately there is very often this error "Unable to send test email, please try again". Sometimes only the time solve the problem...it works the day after.

Really good app and customer support!Solved all my problems at once! And the visualization is also very well.

Easy to use and set up. Great for beginners. some of the customizations could be better like when you change the words in a preset Discount code it doesn't center and looks off if you don't use the exact amount of characters.

So far so good - seems to be better than the other apps we used to do the same job.

I am just getting started on this app, the customer service receives "high marks" courteous, professional and helpful was my experience. Nallely did an excellent job! Scheduling calls to speak with a "live person" now that's superior customer service!
