The app its self works great. However support is shocking, i have reached out on 4 separate occasions as they banned my account without any justification or way to restore it. I have heard nothing on any occasion and cannot get my account reinstated. I've now had to change apps due to their incredibly poor customer service.
Message for Urban Voyage:
Your account was blocked twice due to activities that breached our platform policies and GDPR regulations. Despite multiple attempts to reach you at your registered Shopify email, we have not received any response. Furthermore, using your Shopify account to install apps with the intent of promoting domains unrelated to your Shopify account URL is a violation of Shopify's guidelines.
To discuss the potential reactivation of your account, please respond to one of the emails we’ve sent over the past month with clarification on your intended use of our platform. This will help us understand your actions, and we can guide you to ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements.
I spent hours trying to get all of the functionality of the app to work. The exit popups, yes that worked. The emails?......nope. Even though the app indicated it was sending them out, the test cases that I sent to myself never arrived.
The video tutorials aren't particularly helpful. What this app really needs is much much better documentation, perhaps in a detailed pdf format.
Add to that canned responses to some of the questions I asked and that lead me to remove the app and go try something else. Good luck if you can get it to work.
As explained in previous messages, we need the customer's email address to send email automation. We cannot send emails if the customer does not provide an email during the checkout process. Shopify provides detailed documentation about this process :)
