This is an excellent app. It does what it says and more. A must have for any shop doing re-marketing email campaigns. It also installs easily. If you have any questions, Fernando is always there to help with his awesome customer service. Highly recommend this!

If you are looking for great support and a great app to promote your shopify business, this is it. The guys at Chilliapps are excellent for customer support and the Abandonment Protector Plus is super efficient, easy to use and cost-effective. This app will change the game for you.

This really is a great app. I'm on the Shopify Pro plan that comes with one cart abandonment email but if you don't know by now, the Shopify email templates are incredibly poor and you cannot adjust the timing, view analytics or any such thing with them.

Abandonment Protector is great. I have it set up to send out an email after ten minutes of cart abandonment offering my services, then 3 days later asking if we did anything wrong, then 2 days later with a little coupon code to try and persuade them.

One thing I would like to see more of is the ability to customise the background colours of the email and other components to make it match my other emails.

I hope this will be added in the future but either way it's still worthwhile having. (Edit: Fernando, the cofounder of LinkerFriend Inc just told me that they will be adding this feature later this month)

You are definitely losing sales by not having this app.

Easy install and set up. Hoping to see great results.

A very useful app and easy to use so far. This helps to automate emails to ask if my customers need any help or had issues ordering from my site. As a new business, I often come across errors in our site development that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and a customer would be lost. Was the price too high? Was the coupon code not working? We need to know. We want to offer customers a thank you for that and second chance. This gives us the ability to do so at a VERY reasonable price.
