I already love this app. I gave it 4 stars because I've only been using it for a few days. I'll review again in another two weeks. User friendly, intuitive, gorgeous email templates. I'm in hog heaven. A newbie's dream come true for ease of use. The developers did a phenomenal job here. I have been recommending this to everyone!
I would recommend using sendvio with others. Ready-made templates are already listed, you just have to click and select the template.

So far so good. If you have any questions (which I did), they do a great job of getting back to you in a timely manner. I'm just getting started but this is a good app to include in your arsenal to bring back cart abandons.
This is a great app and I'm using it as a paid member since few months but few things are missing. First of all, we should have other options than e-mails. How about push notifications, messenger notifications, even sms? I really love this app but i have to use different apps with it and i don't like that.
Add secondary functions like messenger and push notifications, even sms, and make it little bit more expensive so we don't need to use 3-4 applications for cart abandonment.

Automations Templates is so poor in comparison with the previous version. Please add more design!!
The five support requests you sent last few days were answered immediately. We can see that you opened only one of the five replies we sent.
After several days, you replied to only one message after posting this review, but you ignored the new replies we sent.
We need you to help us communicate effectively by replying to support messages. If you don't usually use email, please schedule a support call from the dashboard.
Our top priority is to clear up this misunderstanding promptly.
I like this app so far. I've only been using it for an hour, but I like the customizable templates.
Easy to use and set up. Great for beginners. some of the customizations could be better like when you change the words in a preset Discount code it doesn't center and looks off if you don't use the exact amount of characters.
Great add-on app!
I'd like to see additional options for "canned" messages for us shop owners that aren't big on writing "canned" messages :)
