(a few hours later) blew my mind and I'm a tough client - well they over achieved and delivered. Thank you Mr Heyer and your team. We're back in business! Of course we have to get into each of the new templates to make teaks but that's fine and expected.

One of the most important apps to have for customer cart follow-up, and it allows for 3 abandoned cart emails. I don't think Mailchimp has 3.

I use this app and I will never switch on another one. There are 2 reasons:
The app is Perfect!
The customer support? - just WOW - I never had a better experience with other customer support.

Very pleased with the service from Nallely and the programming wizards. Proper phone calls so we didn't have to mess about playing email ping pong. I have great pop ups now. The other thing I love, is.. it is easy to edit the templates and stick your own text and colours in, really great.

La verdad que tienen un servicio de soporte muy bueno. Sin yo pedir, han hecho cambios que me favorecen y trabajan muy bien. Con otras apps o plataformas, tienes que ir detrás para que te atiendan y hagan algo. Esta gente te presta soporte de forma rápida y muy eficaz. Gracias
