I have updated my review, my initial review was poor purely because of a communication error, Thank you to Nallely for doing a fantastic job sorting out the problems i had and everything is all the way i want it and working perfectly, I highly recommend this app as it is so easy to set up and if you do have any difficulties the support is outstanding, thanks again,, stephen

The best shopify app. I installed it a few hours ago and I already recovered 3 sales worth more than $100.
Wow! This app is amazing but what makes it even better is the fantastic customer service we got from Nallely. She was so great at helping us quickly create what we needed to hit the road running. Other apps we researched were so expensive and complicated to use. We are thrilled with this app and highly recommend.

When I started to sell online I had no idea what apps were really necessary, so I tried a few.
Out of all of them, I can say Abandonment Protector is a MUST.
The customer service is AMAZING.
And the BEST part is that it actually does what it says it does.
Abandoned carts ARE recovered!

The app provides beautiful email templates to be used. The support staff is very professional and prompt to your problem immediately. Highly suggested app to be used by Shopify store's owners.
Support was extremely helpful with the setup and app was quite intuitive. This is a good solution.
I am just starting to use the APP, but it serves the purpose and the support staff was very helpful when I had a problem. Recommended.
