great customer service. sarahy is friendly and helpful. and app automation is also good and effective, still a few more things to update but overall this app is very good and cheap compared to others app.

La verdad es que estoy encantado con Sendvio, pero sobre todo con la atención al cliente recibida hoy a cargo de Sarahy. Es una tremenda profesional amable, profesional, eficiente y que te hace sentir que estás en buenas manos si tuvieras algún problema. Es la segunda vez que instalo Sendvio, y gracias a Sarahy no será la última. Absolutamente recomendable.

I found this app for a friend recommendation, it is super friendly to use and has all that I need to take care of my email marketing including leads collection, abandon carts recovery, and emails campaign integrated with Shopify. Support is always available not only via email you can schedule a call to get help. I recommend this app if you are in need of email marketing.
Sarahy is the besy customer support agent ever , she helps me a lot and even i asked stupid questions she answered it , thank you so much my friend ! appreciate it a ton , sendvio is the best email app ever

I have checked many other apps and this was one of the most easy to use and efficient apps to use.
Encountered a slight issue and contacted the support and Sarahy replied instantly and resolved all the issue I had.

I like the quick response for starters. That is great! I am taking a break before I use the information, but am confident it will work fine.

Wow! This app is amazing but what makes it even better is the fantastic customer service we got from Nallely. She was so great at helping us quickly create what we needed to hit the road running. Other apps we researched were so expensive and complicated to use. We are thrilled with this app and highly recommend.
The abandonment protector has amazing support.
Easy to install and you have ready templates for all sequences.
