Sendvio: Email & SMS Marketing

I love the app! I had a little issue, but the tech support team set me straight!!

I am new to Sendvio but it has already been a gamechanger for my business. They offer numerous templates that takes the guess work out of your next marketing campaign.

EDIT : The team was great at fixing the issue with analytics not loading only on multiple reloads. Although it will still happen occasionally but not as often as before after they attempted to fix the data loading. I would recommend this app for someone who is just starting email remarketing and automation as it has provided me to recover revenue

I've been using this app since 2016 with no issues. However, the new update was messy and some stuff is not working. I will wait for the full update to take effect before updating my review

EDIT : the app is really buggy, I expect better if I am paying for a plan, the data will not load, you will need to keep refilter and sometimes it wont even load, this always happens and is annoying. You can never load the data on the first try you will need to keep reapplying it again and again and again until you can see it.

Good emails

Very happy with sendvio. They've promply responded to my requests and even added some customizations. They are still less expensive than the other emial platforms and offer all the features i need for crm / email campaigns.

J'avais un soucis pour le paramétrage d'authentification donc j'ai demandé de l'aide au support et quelques heures après j'avais une demande d'accès à shopify pour qu'ils puissent intervenir et ils m'ont réglé le soucis.
Service client au top je recommande à 100%.
