great customer service. sarahy is friendly and helpful. and app automation is also good and effective, still a few more things to update but overall this app is very good and cheap compared to others app.

La verdad es que estoy encantado con Sendvio, pero sobre todo con la atención al cliente recibida hoy a cargo de Sarahy. Es una tremenda profesional amable, profesional, eficiente y que te hace sentir que estás en buenas manos si tuvieras algún problema. Es la segunda vez que instalo Sendvio, y gracias a Sarahy no será la última. Absolutamente recomendable.

I found this app for a friend recommendation, it is super friendly to use and has all that I need to take care of my email marketing including leads collection, abandon carts recovery, and emails campaign integrated with Shopify. Support is always available not only via email you can schedule a call to get help. I recommend this app if you are in need of email marketing.
