Just installed the app today. I got a lovely woman called Sam who guided me in how I could improve on my website. We worked through it fairly quickly and she helped me all the way. This is great so far, the support and chat is just a few seconds away. Wendy was the agent and she provided me with all the information and support that was necessary.
