I told the representative Wendy that I wanted to unsubscribe and to not charge me for the plan as I found a better service. IMMEDIATELY after I told her that, she charges my card for the plan I didn’t want anyway. I wasn’t too mad about the actual app, but the customer service and disrespect definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Be careful dealing with them, it feels kind of scammy.

Huge shoutout to David at SEO Pie! He helped me clean up my HTML tags and meta title issues in no time. I love that they provide this level of high-end support while I’m still in the trial period. It shows they really care about the success of their users.

App is smooth and very helpful so you don’t have to find errors on your own. In case you have to find help just use chat. I used that and John from support helped me with all troubles my SEO and store had. Wonderful service for nice price tag!
