I am pleased with the options that are available to me in the free version. Wendy was my support person and she was OUTSTANDING! She was very explanatory and patient with me as I am very novice on the computer. She was very helpful with repeating steps and using screen shots to make instructions very simple to follow. Wendy was a very pleasant technician to work with. I would love to have her as my contact person for all my future needs. Her level of support is making me consider upgrading to a paid plan. I really enjoyed her personality and disposition.
