Customer service is good. They are very helpful. Though the app doesn't really work for me. It freezes up and it is impossible to have a good experience dealing with it. It happens either on my phone and computer. Also, didn't really see any change with premium. Though they say it takes months to see SEO results. Maybe I would stick around with the free plan for a while if it was working properly in my store.

RE: Free Plan. I have the free plan and customer service was excellent. They are always eager to help. I'm only giving this three stars as I have yet to see any results from SEO. I was told it takes two months but they were pushing for a review. I only installed this in July.

Easy to Download. Not so Easy to use. Did not have half the functionality expressed in most videos to be the "free" plan. A little confused.

The team are great especially with the live chat service they do everything for you! However you only really get access to the best features for $80 per month which for a startup with not much capital at all its a lot of money! Great app but the pricing is hard for a small startup. Other than that they are amazing!

The biggest plan is a little costly because it includes all the best features as you said =)) And it did save you huge time and effort with SEO and business: many pricey features with highly customizable possibilities, and support priorities are provided here. We also have many deals throughout the year so stick with us, will you?
Overall, a great beginner friendly app. However, I haven't seen any increase in conversion rates. Customer experience is among the best.

I did not like this app. the auto tag function just reset everything to one word which is the name of the product only. same goes for titles and descriptions which where allready improved. I was expecting this app to improve on the work allready done with additional of improved wording. but from my personal point of view is has just reset all meta etc data to default. This is going to cost me a lot of time. Immidiatly deleted the app to get back to the Smart SEO app where i can confire and measure improvements. The SEO Booster app is, while being deleted, still blocking me from changing manually. Edit: I did have contact with support after this review. They are very helpfull and apperently I did make a mistake in the auto function. I recommend getting in touch with support if you are not sure what you are doing.

What you mentioned was generally caused when you chose a product_title template for your meta tags, which will turn your tags to the product name automatically.
