She was very explanatory and patient with me as I am very novice on the computer. She was very helpful with repeating steps and using screen shots to make instructions very simple to follow. Wendy was a very pleasant technician to work with. I would love to have her as my contact person for all my future needs. Her level of support is making me consider upgrading to a paid plan.
