Unfortunately, an important function of the app does not work for us, as the app is not compatible with every template. We are therefore unable to use the functions that are actually included in our plan. We have never had this problem before, as our template is a well-known standard template. After half a year of use, this is disappointing, as I now only get help if I switch to the most expensive plan. Unfortunately, that's too expensive for me. Very annoying.

Search Pie really does a lot of work for you with bulk editing for SEO. It gives you a report of what exactly you need to fix on your website. The chat workers, I had Jane and Flora, were extremely helpful and kind to me, especially since I didn't have any idea what I was doing! They explained things in a way that I could easily understand and were very patient with all of my questions. I would recommend this site every time, to experts and to newbies like me, because you can get great help and not be made to feel dumb. Thanks, Jane! Thanks, Flora!!

This is great so far, the support and chat is just a few seconds away. Wendy was the agent and she provided me with all the information and support that was necessary. I am now trailing this app and seeing how I can improve instead of hiring someone. The dev Natri even assisted with my HTML tags which I really appreciated. Was quick and easy.
