For example, we provide Bulk Meta Tags tool that helps merchants create meta tags for multiple pages at once, something that Shopify does not offer. It's sad for us to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience with the app. It's a pity that we haven't got the chance to make it right for you.

Regarding your concern, the multiple meta tags issue happens when you have more than 1 set of meta tags in your theme code. To fix this, you would want to check your theme to see where the meta tags derive from and then remove the excessive one. Our technical team can always help you do so, and we are only a live message away.

Also, we haven't seen any case that multiple meta tags could affect Google Ads operation. Therefore, we have sent you a follow-up email regarding this matter. Could you kindly check it out on your end and then get back to us?
