Loved it until they ignored a question I posted on Facebook fan page asking about why I see traffic or rather spam traffic in Michigan area once i complete optimization

I read about this app in an article and gave it a wirl to help me improve SEO. It quickly identified opportunities and walked me through making those updates easily. Excellent customer service-even helped me fix something unrelated to their app which had popped up along the way. Would definitely recommend trying this app.

this is a great app. the only problem I have is using the app to update my site. The input fields dont take my changes and I have to go into my website to make the changes to SEO inputs. Its not bad, its just cumbersome. I tried different browsers and it didnt make any difference. The app is good and I think it would be excellent if they could get some of the bugs out.

I have waited to write a review in hopes that the service would eventually start working, but it has been 5 months and none of my 5 keywords has budged. 2 have still not even ranked (!) and the other 3 are exactly where they started when I signed up. They *say* they have a 120 day money back guarantee, but if you try to get them to honor it they will just stop replying to you.
On top of this, I paid for the service on 1/3 but when no one had even logged into my account by 1/25 I emailed to ask what was going on and only then did someone log in and get started. At that point I was already getting billed for the next cycle despite no work having been done during the first one.
They ask you to write a review before you have even had a chance to use their service. This company does not seem legit to me.

Pending review , shopify is our first store and unlike all other stores we've run - it google seo and results to our Google ranking efforts has been minimal at best. Shopify's? advice? Visit forums , pay an SEO guy $1000..attemping some kind of resolve using this app , pending review..

I have only used the free features but its a very easy app to use.

my browser was set to reject 3rd party cookies, which made the app not work after the installation. but i cleared it and it's doing ok now. next, got to test it out.
