SEO Expert Pro ‑ SEO Optimizer

I like some of the features on this app and it has great potential.
They mentioned a couple of major issues on my site which they could fix for a fee.
I was willing to pay the fee but asked them to send me more details about what they would do and what kind of improvements I would be likely to see.
I tried this twice but never heard back.
If this is the support level, then I am disappointed.

Constantly asking for a review before ive even tried the app

i just installed this app and the developers have decided to install pop ups on their app to push for a review. how exactly do you want me to give you a review if your popup is making it impossible to try out your app on the trial version? 2 stars for the popup. hopefully now that i've put a review up, i wont get the pop up. will change the review if it does what it says it will do or won't do.
