The app demands a review to continue using it even though we have reviewed it before. But functionality is good.

Hi, we don't see any record of a previous review. Our in-app chat service is always available and you can always message us when you have some issue, which we could rectify. You've been using the app since 2017 and you think it only deserves 3 stars? It seems to me we deserve at least 4-stars. How would you like if one of your customers hurt your business with a low review without even contacting you before hand? We put a lot of hard work and effort into this app, and a 3 star review sets us back, because it takes 10 5-star reviews to get us back to where we were score-wise. Reviews are very difficult to get, I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you

I am a beginner and created my shopify shop on my own. I am using the free version of this app so far and it is unbelievable. So easy to use, saving me so much time. If only i knew earlier.

Cette app fonctionne bien. Nous remarquons toutefois une sérieuse dégradation de la qualité des images après compression. C'est dommage car sinon cette app est très pratique, nous l'utilisons sur 3 shops.

Hi, are you able to reach out to us via email or our in-app live chat? We haven't updated our compression technology for over 1.5 years, so everything should be working exactly as it has been. There may be an issue with third party app conflict which is causing over compression. If you reach out to us and share a product ID to investigate, we will figure out what might be the problem and find the best solution to the problem. We always offer solutions when our merchants reach out to us and let us know. Cheers

Great App. Especially, that it is possible to pay for single updates and it is not neccessary to use the monthly subscription. Most of the apps should have this business model. Thank you

Awesome app, works really well and does exactly what it says on the tin! I've only got a small store so it's great not having to pay monthly fees, but great to have the option of a one off payment, but if you had a large store would totally recommend monthly!!

I'm still relatively new to the app so still navigating, and getting braver and braver using the app to optimize - we started small, but so far so good!! So far the app has saved us a tremendous amount of work and time that simple optimizations take - I would consider this for my other stores too for sure as it is relatively easy to use. Looking forward to using the app some more... Support team can be helpful, but you really need to be clear about your questions - when I had some confusions, I was immediately referred to the "FAQ" section...(even though the answers to my question were not in the FAQ's - I had checked there before sending the questions in to the online chat)...that was a little frustrating in the beginning, as Support team should know what is and isn't answered in FAQ's - felt like I was being rushed along, which isn't great for a new customer with questions. But overall the app does what it promises and more.
