There is no other app and management as spoiled as this. When I discovered it in 2024, I was buying extra AI credits and using them to create SEO like titles and meta for product pages, and I was very satisfied. I bought 2600 extra credits to edit my pages, then I saw they were reset. They told me credits reset every month, and I told them that I bought these with an extra payment, and they unlocked my credits.
Then they said the Pro plan has a 2000 page limit and that this does not reset monthly. When I bought these credits, there was no such rule. I used my credits on the free plan for 3 months because I paid extra money for these credits; they were not monthly credits given to me. Then they increased each listing from 2 credits to 4 credits.
In short, it might be usable for people with few listings, but this is not an app worth paying $50 per month for 500 credits. They used to be more modest and helpful; now, even though they sell credits, they are never helpful. In short, it is absolutely not worth the money.
There is a limit (20 items) on how many collections you can edit manually, not even AI. So it's not what we were looking for in terms of a tool for SEO.
They charged us twice in a month and their support ignored my emails. Check your bill. They are sneaky

After carefully reviewing our billing records, we would like to clarify that there were no duplicate charges for the same billing cycle. The reason it may appear that you were charged twice in one month is because the payment for the previous month was not successfully completed, so Shopify automatically collected the outstanding balance together with the following month’s charge. As a result, both amounts were processed at the same time, even though they correspond to two different billing periods.
In addition, our support team did send several follow-up messages to you during this time in an effort to assist and clarify the situation, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We truly regret if any of our messages did not reach you as expected.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and would very much welcome the opportunity to assist you further. If you have any remaining questions or would like us to review your billing details together, please feel free to reply to this email at your convenience.

Horrible, avoid at all costs. No customer service. Nothing is automated and nothing works properly. Very deceptive and fraudulent. Skip this as a SEO option,
Months of Work Destroyed — Avoid This App

This app wiped out months of careful work on my store. Without warning, it replaced all my newly uploaded product and blog images with old, cached versions, leaving my site broken and unprofessional. The so‑called “optimization” is reckless: instead of improving SEO, it sabotaged my brand identity and forced me to spend months restoring content.
Customer support was unresponsive, and the design of their tools is outdated and clunky. If you value your time, your visuals, and your brand, stay far away from this app. It is disruptive, unreliable, and dangerous for any serious Shopify store.

To fellow Shopify founders and store owners: I strongly advise caution before installing the SEOAnt app. In my experience, it overwrote months of carefully curated product and blog images without warning, leaving my storefront broken and unprofessional. Instead of improving SEO, its “optimisation” features disrupted my brand identity and forced me into a lengthy restoration process.
If you value your visuals, your time, and your customer trust, avoid this app. There are safer, founder‑friendly alternatives that respect your content and deliver SEO improvements without damaging your store.

Remove closed stores from the listing
Enable backlink exchanges by country and language
Add a keyword search function to easily find similar or niche stores

The application doesn't even deserve a star, with a 60 dollar per month plan, only bugs, nothing works, it's the most useless application I've ever used, the support service is just as disgusting, doesn't answer questions after hours of waiting, even with reminders every 5 minutes, in any case be careful.

Very disappointed. The Pro Plan says 2000 images per month,
but the app stopped at only 704 and claimed the quota was full.
Support gave excuses and did not fix the issue. Misleading app.
