So far my experience with the app has been great. Each time I need it some help from their support team, I did not have to wait long. Both reps that assisted me or knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative as far as what needed to be done to moving forward. A special thanks to Gill. Good customer service. Agent answered all my questions and was prompt with her replies. Also, their SEO management is very easy - it will show you exactly what needs to be improved and will give you some help figuring out exactly how to optimize each section, and if you are still not sure, it is easy to find the button to speak to an agent.
