They charged us twice in a month and their support ignored my emails. Check your bill. They are sneaky

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we sincerely regret any frustration or misunderstanding this situation may have caused.
After carefully reviewing our billing records, we would like to clarify that there were no duplicate charges for the same billing cycle. The reason it may appear that you were charged twice in one month is because the payment for the previous month was not successfully completed, so Shopify automatically collected the outstanding balance together with the following month’s charge. As a result, both amounts were processed at the same time, even though they correspond to two different billing periods.
In addition, our support team did send several follow-up messages to you during this time in an effort to assist and clarify the situation, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We truly regret if any of our messages did not reach you as expected.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and would very much welcome the opportunity to assist you further. If you have any remaining questions or would like us to review your billing details together, please feel free to reply to this email at your convenience.

Wir haben die App vor etwa einem Jahr getestet und damals schon sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielt. In der Hoffnung, durch den Wechsel zu einer SEO-Agentur noch bessere Resultate zu bekommen, haben wir es dort versucht – leider ohne Erfolg. Cette application est utile et vous montre des choses à corriger dans les textes de description de vos fiches produits, des méta descriptions et comprimer des images sans sacrifier la qualité pour booster votre référencement SEO . Mais elle va te suggérer de mettre des accents dans URL alors que pour les mots surtout en français ou autres langues étrangères, il existe des mots avec accent comme lumière. C'est pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles.
Broke Our Images & GMC Listings, No Auto-Relink, Poor Warnings. We enabled SEOAnt’s “Optimize image file name” after an expert recommendation. The app renamed image files, Shopify treated them as new assets, and the old URLs broke so product images disappeared across our storefront and Google Merchant Center. We lost alot during this time. So do not click anything until you have read everything!
