It's a very bad software. I uninstalled it but it still keeps charging me. I contacted for a refund for a month but it still hasn't been processed.

SO helpful. These features should be built into Shopify, that's how good it is. EVERY merchant could benefit from them. Thank you for building a great app!

So far, so good. It's alot of hard work to implement, but its par for the course when operating a business. The team at SEO manager is very supportive and they respond promptly when an issue arises that you need help with...they are more than willing to help you in getting the issue resolved. This product was recommended to me by the team at shopify and to date I am happy with the product, it makes my SEO optimization implementation easy and less intimidating. I am anticipating great results from all my hard work with the assistance of this products.

I highly recommend using this app. It is very simple and easy to use. I did have one problem, but they were able to fix it very quickly.

This app is helpful for making SEO understandable and easy to use. Is great to know you have a way to check your status and make sure everything is accurate.

I tried to delete my review, but I was only allowed to edit it. So, a few features do not seem to integrate fully with the shopify platform. The JSON LD duplicates the data native to your theme but can't be customized. If you use that, be sure to delete or disable your themes native microdata/JSN LD. The theme I use doenst allow deleting it, it comes from an external script. That is a major bummer about shopify, so many scripts load from external sources and cant be minimized or stoped. If this app helped to minify codes and remove and reduce unused/ unneeded scripts and CSS as well, it would be great beyond words.

My issue was sorted immediately. Quick and friendly service. Looking forward to optimising my website even further.

I had a rough start with this app because I added some other apps in the app store that ended up duplicating all my listings which affected my business poorly. It was however my fault. In the FAQs trouble shooting it has a list of apps that will do this with the SEO app and me being so smart...had more then one of those apps installed so I reached out, support was great responded within 24 hours and I was able to get my SEO health back and move back up in ranking and my organic traffic is coming back, and my ranking is getting better daily. App is easy to use, and add keywords to my website and I love that it has Google analytics added into it!

There are not that much the app can help or support you to solve issues on google console. Not worth the price and i am removing it after 2 months of using.

We are writing this review after waiting for 10 days for a response from technical support to an incident that happened to us when installing the application, which we do NOT recommend for shops with large catalogues (+10,000 products) because most of the functionalities do not work. Although this is not the responsibility of the author(s) of this application, they are responsible for not having responded to us in 10 days about what happened after installing the application. What happened is that now ALL pages show the same title, ALL products show the wrong title. We have reported this 10 days ago and also 3 days ago we opened a new ticket for them to tell us why this is happening. And... we are still waiting for them to fix it or for someone to tell us something. No news. We don't want to uninstall the app because we have been told that they are trying to solve the problems but the silence is really frustrating.

We used SEO Manager for increasing the SEO ranking for our store. It a great tool and very easy to use especially the Bulk Editor. Love the Tutorials. Keep up the good work!!

They promised me to full refund of my payments after uninstall the app. But 2 months passed already and replied them and never replied me back. Stay away they do not give any refund or keep their promise!

I have been using this app for 2 and a half months and all of my previous SEO works gone. I tried to contact the Support team by writing them maybe 4 times but never got any response. They only give e-mail support to which they never reply. I will open a chargeback with my credit card to this application because they are unresponsive and never give support to buyers as I can see for myself. Now I started to replace my previous works back one by one. I have lost my traffic and decreased my visitors due to this application. It does not worth it and My strong recommendation never to pay anything for this application. There are tons of alternatives even they are free. I hope now someone can see my message and contact me. But it is too late because your customer care is zero.

This App is one of the most valuable apps I use on my store. Never miss a broken link again, be confident knowing all your pages are SEO friendly and Keyword suggestions are just a few of the benefits you will enjoy. Plus it is super easy to use. Thank you for creating this great app.

This app is dope. It's super easy to get everything set up for your Shopify store. I've seen a great improvement within a week to my business! It's a must have.

the app is only usefull for the first set up of the site, after that there is no purpose of the app, there is no recommendation on a monthly basis for the money you pay, also you get the odd rndom email to say you have an 404 page, when questioned about it they dont seem to know how to help.

I had I problem to connect the app with Google. The support was just great and within 24 hours the problem was solved.

So far this has been a fun app to play around with. It will take time to know if it truly helps with SEO, but so far so good.

Still trying to work with this app and get it right. Hopefully with some tech support I can solve my problems and will update this review at a later date.

I just now added the app to our PirouetteNYC.com site and will be speaking with Venntov's COO tomorrow to learn how to best take advantage of it. The Support Team for Venntov was super responsive and repaired a 404 issue right away a few minutes ago. It kept popping up when I clicked on the button to request that Venntov edit our Shopify Theme Code.

I used this app to help me with my SEO for the new store. It's been a God-send. I LOVE it! So easy to use and helpful.

I cannot say but so much for this app due to not being able to use it due to cookies/error message. The team was quick to try to assist me but I decided I just didn't want to be bothered with it anymore. I will say I didn't have a bad experience with support.

i absolutely loveee this app!! i love they send me daily emails if i have any broken links or any any links that have to be redirected, 404 errors, they even help with structured data, json-ld etc. customer service is great

This app is simply useful and easy to use, It's all that a persone who just introduced in ecommerce needs.

I only use this now to fix 404 it is high priced for that. However, I do like the people that work here and figure they will come out with more SEO items soon.
