The best part about writing this review is that it's my second time. You may sound that's odd or why but that happens to be one of the best stories of SEO Meta Manager. Just so everyone is clear the product is outstanding which is what I said the first time. The initial reason I gave a below average was related to customer service. Here's the great part as I immediately received an inquiry from Josh the owner and I can now say after talking with him in person he's one smart guy. He asked me to share with him what happened which I did and thought that would be it. Josh not only admitted to me that SEO dropped the ball but asked for my advice and set up a specific call which he gave me nearly an hour as it relates to helping deal with it. I could tell he took a lot of notes and 101% or maybe 102% assured me that changes were already in the process.

I urged everyone that besides the app itself being extremely helpful the person founder gets on my 1 to 10 scale an 11 for being opened, listening and just because you're born a tech genius he realizes that the company can and should put the consumer first. If you don't have this app then I will tell you again after my 25 years of experience in the CPG world that this company is Google worthy of being bought someday. This is one of the very few 'must have' Apps for a business that is serious about e commerce. It is easy to use and the 'support' is there when you need it when setting up. Worth 5 stars any day

SUPER USER FRIENDLY !!! Great support team fast and for someone who doesn't have enough experience I think this app made my life way easier. Still optimizing my website but at least I know that this application is here to keep me in control of SEO. Cheers.
