Not happy at all. No one returned my emails after a week. Would love a refund!
This SEO Manager does not work with Google Shopping. SEO Manager support is very poor. They keep blaming everyone else for the poor performance of this app. This App RUINED my Google Shopping set ups. All submissions where rejected. Stay Away from this app.
The app will insert invalid JSON microdata that can't be parsed by services because it's totally invalid. Save button sometimes missing so can't change settings. Does not insert proper aggregateRating or reviews count for Yotpo despite having the option. Does not support some properties like google_product_category. Google also complains of missing SKU. Support does not response to emails for help!
deleted the app a while ago and still getting charged for it. Just reached out to shopify hopefully I get my refund shortly. =(

This app will crush your website and it will cause more problem with google verify.
My shop was already set up with google merchant center ,
after installing this app, google unlink to my shop and cannot claim again.
even after removing this app, Google still confusing and not verify at all.
I contact to support team and they admit that that have tech issue with Google and all they can do is refund. they don't know solution yet.
Now i still suffering for this and they did not take any responsible for this yet.
Big regret of my life with this app.
Instalei pra testar e não me serviu, desinstalei na mesma hora e mesmo assim fui cobrado 20 dólares. Não recomendo!!

I know nothing about SEO or website, and this app was very easy to use. However, my sales and website visits dropped drastically....today I had 11 visits, and last year at this time I had 168. Very disappointed.
Remove all meta keyword from my collections I can see it

We have tried reaching out to you several times via email and we wanted to give you time to respond because you were initially responding to us.
That being said, you have stopped responding to us, and we really want to make this right for you.
Further, we want to clarify that when you use SEO Manager and enter in meta data through the app, it pushes to Shopify. That is agreed upon when downloading the app.
When you uninstall the app, the information you have already given to SEO Manager is not removed- we do this because we do not believe it is fair for people's hard work to removed when they uninstall the app.
However, if you want this removed, please follow up with us and we can do it manually, but we will need backend access to your store.

Their slogan is "Get Found", however, our company "Got Lost" using this app. We have been on Google first pages for years under "tube tops" and "tube top" because this is what we sell. However, once we installed the SEO Manager app, our company Got Lost literally in search rankings on Google. We are now rank on page 3 on Google where no body goes and have lost a ton of money because of this. Our company also disappeared off the tablet search and are no longer on the first pages either. We quickly uninstalled this app and found that you can actually edit your own keywords and collection keywords by using Shopify itself. If you are a company who is currently on the first pages of Google, we warn that you stay away from this app.
One week ago I added this app to our store. I spent hours and hours and hours adding in meta descriptions and target keywords. I saved my work and got the confirmation notice of the saved changes. Today I am doing an audit and 90% of my work is gone. LOST. I am absolutely miffed and upset and the worst part is just try getting a hold of someone for support. They have no real livechat so you wait hours or days for a reply. I do not recommend investing your time and hard earned money.
