I’ve been reading these great reviews and hoped to have an improvement. Unfortunately not all features are working and the set up seems not complete.
I have been trying to contact multiple times but since weeks I haven’t heard anything. It’s upsetting because the app was so promising.
I use the paid plan for 30$

Since the beginning of April, we have replied to every message you have sent with detailed support steps. Unfortunately, it seems our responses are not reaching you.

Instead, we are receiving an automated confirmation email from your side after every reply, which makes it difficult to know if our messages are getting through.

It's very disappointing. Even though I selected the $59 plan during the trial period, not all features are unlocked, and I can't use these paid features. How am I supposed to know whether these features work or are suitable for me? In that case, I definitely won't make the payment after the trial ends, nor will I choose this app, and I certainly won't recommend it to others.
