I was charged $19.99 for usage charges which I did not agree to, I maintained the allowed quota on the free plan. Upon uninstalling the app I realized that a $19.99 charge was issued by this app.

I use this app to resize my image, it works well. I recommand to use it for SEO image it will help y

so far so good just started using it so when I finish it should be good. I'm trying to speed up site so hopefully it works out

Renamed image files with terrible, random numbers, even when I specifically instructed the app not to rename files. When I tried to restore, it did not restore images to their original form (the file name did not change back and the square background color was still there). You should definitely use a different product. Support contacted me and tried to fix the situation, but they made it even worse. Now my pictures are all blurry, the alt tags have been removed, and the file names are terrible. I need to redo everything from scratch. Stay away from this app! Complete garbage!

Great Solution For Sizing And Optimize Pictures :)

I install the app but every time I click on the app it keeps taking me to the app store and doesn't work.
Your app never work and I deleted the app the same day I installed and now I’m being charge for your app even though I never upgraded. Please remove the charge from my account because I’m not paying for something I didn’t

WARNING! I ran this app and noticed hundreds of images removed themselves from my store. It took 2 weeks to get an answer from the developers - It was just a coincidence that my images disappeared - nothing to do with the app. Lost hours and hours putting my site back together.

Don't download its a waste of time, not a photo Optimizer but a SEO selling scam
freezes while downloading and wont allow access to photo optimizer till you sit through 10 minutes of what they can do for your SEO
just be honest SpurIT and just sell SEO

This app works well and really does make a great difference in displaying images. It takes a while but gets the job done.

My only issue is that some products ended up with 52 of the same images when the conversion was finished.

The developers are great and will help out if there are any problems. I have to say they have ab awesome support team!

SEO Photo Optimizer is easy to use, and works very well -- the images on my website are squared to a consistent size, and the size is optimized so I can avoid slow loading times on pages - super important for impatient customers (like me!!)

This SEO Optimizer application is a MUST HAVE if you own and operate a Shopify store. If you do not use this app then your site will be sluggish and slow. This means that people will NOT stay or come back to your store.

Today, NO CUSTOMER puts up with a slow running site. The thing is that ALL of our shopify stores have a HUGE amount of IMAGES> This is because most of the products that we import into our store come with 5-10 additional images. Images help to sell our products because customers want to see as much of the product as they can before they buy it. They want to know what they are buying. Therefore when we import a product we are adding ALL of the images that come with the product from the supplier.

Therefore, our sites are automatically slower and sluggish to loan than other sites because of the thousands of images.

It only makes sense and is IMPERATIVE that you optimize all images. This app does all of that for you and then some. Its well worth having if you want repeat customers !

Great app

One thing is excellent, customer support, really 7/24, reacting quick, but there are two thing to consider before installing and using the app.

1. The performance of the app. It takes about approx. 30-40 secs to compress-square-rename a picture.
2. The app adds a postfix to every single pictures name. Like apple-iphone-phoneshop-9334456_grande.jpg

Anyhow, I really wish the best to this app and for the team, as the basic idea, offered functionality and the 7/24 livechat support is good, the quality of the app still needs to be improved. I'm sure the team will do the best to make it a much better app, to have even more functionalities!

I think this is great but running this the second time the app got stuck. There was no way to stop the process. So I had to reinstall. Now I have to run it again and it'll take 3 more days to complete. There has to be an easier way to do this. I would like to keep this monthly but its not worth it if this continues to happen. I don't know if I'll keep the program.

UPDATE: I originally gave it 3 stars. Now I'm changing it to 1 star. It completely stopped working. Useless.

Looks terrible but who cares it works like a dream - especaily with the image alt tags and automatic sheduling, squaring images is fantastic as well becuase it means everything looks right.

Well worth $9 a month

Good app. I use the compress feature and saves 40-60% on average. Loading pics on site has increased.

Fantastic App! I am giving 5 stars because it does the job.

Take note: some of the images were replaced with random images like a mug or cell phone cover and had to be redone. 5 stars for the app, but I suggest a quick double check to make sure if any have been changed out and need to be reverted and re-compressed.
