We had some issues going on with our website and we were needing to talk with an expert to see the best route for addressing the issues. I am floored with how fast and responsive they have been to all of our questions and I am extremely happy with using the app so far. There are a ton of features that we haven't even had time to use yet. Definitely a great app, and a team that is behind it!
Good app, easy to use. I would still be aware. I still got charged after uninstallling. Support unable to resolve this and am pushed about between Shopify and the app developers.
After their help, our performance dropped, and their specialist rewrote our backups!

We shared the screenshots clearly showing the improvement in the page speed. Even though it was a complimentary service, and we didn't charge for it, we still offered to review everything.
We are bit disappointed that we are being reviewed negatively for a free service where we actually did good work!
