I am leaving this review to warn other merchants about the "SEO Lab-SEO Optimizer" app. After uninstalling this app on March 2nd, our store, immediately lost all rich results and vanished from brand-name search results.
Confirmed Deletion: I have confirmation from Shopify Support that this app’s uninstallation script was directly responsible for deleting our store’s default schema markup without my consent.
The "Poison Pill": By removing our site's native code, the app effectively crippled our independent SEO. It appears designed to force a re-installation by breaking things on the way out.
Ignored Communication: We have sent multiple emails to the developers seeking a technical explanation and an amicable fix. They have ignored every single message.
Because of the severity of this issue and the lack of response, We are officially escalating this case to Shopify Merchant Support and the Shopify Partner Governance Team for a formal investigation into their script’s behavior. We are also filing a Formal Merchant Complaint against the developer.
If you value your store's autonomy and SEO foundation, avoid this app. They will break your site and then stop responding.

Additions due to your response:
I'll address all the lies you told in your response one by one:
First, we contacted you for about a whole week on an Email we got directly from shopify which they said was the official one for your store, you didn't respond up until then and when you did, you were deflective and unaccountable hence the honest public review.
Second, I provided substantive evidence of your fault. I wish these reviews allowed attachments so that I could attach the shopify chat support transcript where they confirmed your misdeeds.
Third, You requested Admin access to our store claiming it was the only way possible to solve the matter. Anybody with a clear mind will not give keys of their whole house to a stranger, let alone a stranger, a person who trespassed them. Also a person aho asks a fellow for their whole house's keys is to be questioned. I clearly asked you how that access would be a step toward you clearing everything but you failed to explain.
Fourth, when i asked for financial remedies you tried to frame me like a thief and you called the shopify chat transcript I showed you purported. Anybody who is a businessperson would understand that if damages are done to a business or a person settlements are made, you guys didn't.
This issue is going to be sent to Shopify by our team do that they can investigate your app behavior towards us and hopefully they will serve justice.
Thank you for your feedback. We take claims like this very seriously, but we must address several inaccuracies and misleading statements so other merchants have the full context.
First, Shopify has not provided any official or technical confirmation that our app deleted or altered your store’s native theme code. The chat transcript you referenced contains no verified investigation, logs, or technical evidence. Presenting an informal support response as “confirmation” is misleading and appears to be an attempt to put words into the Shopify agent’s mouth. They told you to contact app support but you did not.
Second, your statement about us ignoring communication is incorrect.
Our team reached out multiple times, offered full assistance, and scheduled a live troubleshooting session with developers and account managers present. During that session:

For clarity to other merchants:
Our app is used by thousands of Shopify stores, and we have never had any verified case of native theme schema being deleted in the manner described
Our app does not remove core theme code
In cases where schema disappears after uninstall, it is typically because it was app-generated content, not part of the original theme
We understand frustrations can happen, but making unverified claims and attempting to pressure for payment is not acceptable.
We remain fully open to reviewing your store and resolving any legitimate concerns, provided proper access and cooperation are given.

no help at all
Went from a fully free solution to almost a fully paid app. And even with free option you might end up paying for something by mistake since they use a 100$ / month limit thant u can't lower and you will be billed by mistake
Awful experience with this app. I sell furniture, and after installing it, I discovered weeks later that it had randomly added images of electronic products to my listings. This is completely unacceptable and could mislead customers. I removed the app immediately.
Additionally, the features it offers are nothing special or particularly useful. Very disappointed—this app is not worth the hassle.
Takes forever to load. Didn't even open. I downloaded another app and that started working fine meanwhile this app was still loading.
