Great SEO App with Excellent Support!
SEO Lab has been a helpful tool for managing and improving our Shopify store’s SEO. The app is easy to use, and the features are useful for identifying and addressing SEO-related issues.
A special mention to Aisha from the support team, who has been very helpful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions and guiding us through the process. Her support made the overall experience much smoother.
Highly recommended for Shopify store owners looking for an SEO solution backed by a supportive team!

It has been a bit of a bumpy ride with this app, but thanks to Frank and Alex, things are optimized once again. Here is what happened.
Before running its bulk meta tag update, I clicked the Create Backup button. I then ran the update with the "Overwrite" option unchecked — expecting it to SKIP products that already had meta tags. Instead, it overwrote most of my product meta titles and descriptions across more than 1,300 products - which were ALREADY OPTIMIZED. Then those titles were 80-90 words, and the descriptions are more than 1000 words - the app having scraped them from ordinary page descriptions.
It took several days to get assistance from the SEOLab team in reversing this semi-disaster, but once I got their attention they worked diligently to make sure all of the crazy long tags were fixed. They can't really explain what went awry with the AI.
Another bug I discovered. When I edited product or collection descriptions using the app (not inside Shopify’s editor but inside their app’s editor), and then hit “Save,” it removes all the links. I have learned to only edit products in the native Shopify editor - NOT in this app.
I am a bit wary of using many of the features, given what happened. However, I love the simplicity of the interface. I will continue to use it for some things, and I do appreciate their diligence in assisting me.

I didn't even know I had broken links until I started using SEOLab's URL Management feature. Frank walked me through the whole process and helped me understand how to identify and fix redirect issues that were quietly hurting my SEO. Most app support teams point you to a help doc and call it a day — Frank actually engaged, explained, and made sure I understood what I was doing and why.
