Outstanding customer service! When their app didn't place the author's information on the page like we would prefer, they wrote CSS for us so that moving forward it displays exactly the way we want. Really fantastic customer service!

Support is very quick to resolve issues. Tiana and Raymond were a big help. The SEO tools are great, and it feels like a paid app, or something that I would have to pay an expensive subscription for, like Shogun.

Update: within 24 hours they sent me an email and response saying the implemented draft history and looks like autosave. in my history is my old version. Probably quickest and most effective response to an app issue I have ever experience. Thank you <3

spent an hour or two writing a blog post. saved it multiple times, previewed it, then an hour later, gone, doesn't show up anywhere. The media I uploaded is in the media folder, but no revision or history tab so can't check any versions. Would not recommend, super frustrating.
