I would be better if the serial number would follow the products directly, like a vin number to a car.

I was out of options. I tried every serial number delivery service available. I don't have the capital to use many of these options, and with the sudden high demand on my free plugin, I wasn't sure that I was going to get anything to work. I tried this one, and I could tell it was the only way forward for me, but I was having some trouble, as web design is not my thing.
I didn't have anywhere to turn to. I figured I'd ask if the developer to assist me, and I didn't have any expectations, but I certainly didn't expect a hero!

Cette app Shopify nous permet de gérer les numéros de série liés à des articles contenus dans les commandes. Très simple d'utilisation et complète, l'app peut par exemple aussi afficher les numéros de série dans les mails envoyés aux clients.

I can't search serial numbers I spent 20 mins adding to the most recent orders as a test.

Yes, they are there, but not searchable via the app , or the main search bar.

Furthermore, there is a checkbox to make my employees enter a serial number upon fulfilment, but that does not work
