Serializer ‑ Product Tracking

Serializer works really well for tracking serial numbers on inventory, this can also be extended to add extra custom fields that you need to track per physical item (not per product line). We are using this for high end watches and jewellery that all needs to be tracked. The developer has been extremely helpful and open to adding new features as requested.

We experienced a user issue within the app and wrote to the developer - very next day the developer wrote back and pushed out an update that addressed the very problem we experienced. If only Shopify could have the same immediate customer feedback response!

The app is also excellent for maintaining a floating database of SKUs, it is just as flexible as Shopify, and has restored a key functionality our store lost when we ported over from a different POS managment system. Highly recommend!

Easy-to-use app that's a must if your business tracks serial numbers. A surprise bonus feature we use all the time is the order printing templates, which not only allow us to show the S/N on the receipt but also produce a much better looking and more customizable receipt than the native Shopify order print function.

Last but not least, I ran into a snag when I installed another app that apparently conflicted, and Giedrus found and fixed the issue extremely quickly. Great support!
