We're just getting started. So far so good. I rated my experience based on the help I received from the chat agent to get things started. I cant wait to see the event come together

I use Servv every single week to create in-person events which require individual tickets. Each time I've had a technical glitch, the team at Servv have been quick to support and repair it. The app works perfectly for my purposes and simplifies the ticket sales process for my business. The only thing I wish I could change would be the default European date formatting. I know what it means and don't mind it personally, but it confuses my clients so I have to manually change it with each event or any time we make an edit. Most recently, we added in the auto email reminder 24 hours in advance and that was a huge timesaver from sending manual reminders through Mail Chimp. Thank you for all the support!

So far I am loving this app! Mic was so kind to walk me through the app as well as answer my 75 million questions. I'm really thrilled about the functionality as well as the excellent customer service. I can see myself being with Servv for a long time coming. I highly recommend this app especially after spending a few months testing out some other more expensive experiences. This has way more capabilities.

This is by far the best appointment and booking app on Shopify. The staff over at SERVV respond promptly and are very knowledgeable. They take your feedback and recommendations for improving the app very seriously. They wrote some custom code to facilitate the needs of my business.

I will be sticking with this app for the foreseeable future. If you need a trusted booking and appointment app for your Shopify store, try this one before wasting your time and money with other apps.

The Servv app is exactly what we are looking for! We want to take our online classes and live events to the next level, it was not previously possible within our Shopify store.
