I am highly impressed with Servv’s customer support. I had many questions that were answered in a Zoom call with a walkthrough and demonstration of the Servv app features.

I highly suggest shop owners to use this app because it has all the features our shop needs to set up appointments and keep them organized without any manual work.

We have been working with the team at Servv to use this app for Zoom meetings to train our customers and it has been working very well. Easiest workflow on the market. App connects flawlessly to Zoom, lets you customize every detail and the customer service is out of this world.

Great app and even better support. Very open minded to add new features and improve their app. We had a few requests that we needed help with and after jumping on a call with they offered all the fixes and great customer service.

so far as i've been testing it is working well - what i can say is the support through online chat is awesome! really helpful as i am not a techie at all - it seems to have good features for the price and perfect pay as you go while i build this business so less fixed monthly bills!!
