I have been really impressed with the whole team at Sesami. They have been extremely supportive throughout the whole process.
It's the only system that is flexible enough to allow my tricky process to be developed and brought to life.

Sesami was a huge solve for us at Hydrow. By integrating scheduling and payment into our current Shopify stack, we were able to launch a new time-based product (Hydrow Personal Coaching) without disrupting our other backend fulfillment processes for physical goods, saving us literally hundreds of development hours. On the nitty gritty, Sesami's customer service is responsive and competent, and the app does exactly what it should — it's intuitive, simple, and easy for our staff to use for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations (and the flow to Shopify is seamless). Excellent product.

I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.

I just wanna shout out to Marina for her help! She was very patient and her response was super quick!
