Sesami is a fantastic booking system. Really pleased with the responsiveness of the team and their willingness to help. I am just a normal guy, not all too tech-savvy, running a one-man business, as a maths tutor in the North of England, and am very happy indeed that I chose to go with Sesami. Recommend to others like me!
I have enjoyed communicating with Mariana and her Sesami team through out my process of using this app. I love their availability and how they truly help their clients with their concerns. I recommend this app and most importantly I would like to emphasize how great Mariana has been with me as I continue and learn their app.
I quickly jumped in a call with Jeannie to set up the integration with Klaviyo, she was extremely helpful and very quick to understand and resolve our issues.
My initial setup meeting Mariana was excellent. Mariana was knowledgeable and patient.

Changed to Sesami bookings on a trial and there have been several issues with integration and systems failing meaning we lost a lot of revenue. I think once the problems are resolved it has the potential to be a great product, unfortunately its not reliable.
I use this app for booking tutors. Works great and they are always available to answer your questions!
They have got pricier over the years and as such have moved my rating to 4 stars.
This booking app has helped how I manage my business with its intuitive interface, customizable options, and seamless integrations. The professional appearance leaves a great impression on clients. Excellent customer support rounds out this indispensable tool for any professional.

Sesami suddenly took off all of my availability for bookings and I was not notified nor did i change any settings. i did not have an bookings for a month due to my clients seeing no availability for any date on forward.

The availability is not showing as usual because of an invalid variant value, which can be fixed instantly by updating the duration to a readable value like "1 hour". We tried to contact you by email and phone several times and will try to connect again.
