Glitchy. It's fairly straightforward to set up and use and, when it's working well, it's great! But I often have customers receiving an error notice when they try to select a time... they log back in in front of me and suddenly it's working again. I have the same experience when testing it. Sometimes it works, other times I receive an error message. Very frustrating!
The CX Manager Leonardo was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, this app does not fit my business. It does not allow me to set a blocked time for my classes. For example, the classes run every second Saturday for three weeks. This app will only allow those interested in attending a class to sign up and pay each week and not sign up and pay once for the series of classes. So, the stars go to the professionalism of the CX Manager who went above and beyond trying to assist.
Using this app to book in store Video Consultations with clients during COVID. So it has been quite helpful. Had it for 2 weeks so far.
The best app you need for service based products! This is the complete package with scheduling and everything you need.
this app is messy. it double booked my clients, it also creates issues with booking for my clients. It does not prompt to enter contact info and it does not sync with my google account automatically like most other booking apps. This is too much work.

When you indicated to us this had happened (double booking), we offered assistance to fix the problem within a very short time frame from your initial support message but instead of replying, you left a 1 star review. With a little bit of communication and understanding, this issue could have been resolved fairly quickly.
You are right that we currently do not have google calendar synchronization but it is in our plans and will update here when it is completed. Like all apps in the Shopify store, sometimes one just doesn't fit a specific business workflow a merchant might have, but it does not mean that our app is messy or it's too much work.
We wish you all the best in the future and hope you reconsider your rating as we feel it is a bit unfair assessment from a free trial.

the only thing you have to think about is that you can't have overnight booking .
They need to implement a way for people to schedule multiple dates at once. Currently you have to open time slots per day. Other than that, makes appointment scheduling seamless.
