Just installed, but very pleased so far with the results! Dashboard is WAY easier and more intuitive than previous apps we've tried. Customer service was quick to help resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I was having trouble on my end setting up the app and was kinda stressing out because I was getting ready to launch my service within hours. I contacted the support team and quickly recieved a call back walking me through my issues, which now I know didnt even have anything to do with the app but with my Shopify account set up. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. The app is super innovative and seamless + the assurance knowing I can reach out for help calls for this 5 star review!
This is by far the best scheduling app for Shopify stores. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They worked with me as though they were my personal developers to solve an issue that kept presenting itself when I did theme updates. The app works great; the service is top notch and I would recommend Sesami to anyone needing to add a scheduling service to their site.

The app is easy to use and allows me to have several bookings available at once. The support team is there every step of the way to ensure a fluent product. 10/10
I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.

Appointments as products is en elegant and lean solution to enable customers schedule their visit to try our products, especially now with COVID-19 and all the security measures to be implemented. I hope Semsami's approach has a lot of success and we'll see this app flourish into a feature rich yet simple to use tool. It has still some minor quirks, but all workable, so its really more of a 4.5 star rating.
Hey there thanks for the review! We have been trying out best to help merchants at this time because of COVID-19. Working with a variety of merchants acclimatize their businesses to curb-site pick up and by appointment personal shopping services. It's definitely been a hectic few weeks!
