I have enjoyed communicating with Mariana and her Sesami team through out my process of using this app. I love their availability and how they truly help their clients with their concerns. I recommend this app and most importantly I would like to emphasize how great Mariana has been with me as I continue and learn their app.

Changed to Sesami bookings on a trial and there have been several issues with integration and systems failing meaning we lost a lot of revenue. I think once the problems are resolved it has the potential to be a great product, unfortunately its not reliable.

My experience with Sesami has been outstanding! I was assisted by Jeanny, who provided an incredibly attentive and caring service throughout the entire process. Every request I made was carefully listened to and addressed with great patience and professionalism. I also want to highlight the amazing work of the developers’ team, who implemented exactly what I needed with efficiency and clear communication. I use this app for booking tutors. Works great and they are always available to answer your questions!

They have got pricier over the years and as such have moved my rating to 4 stars.

Sesami suddenly took off all of my availability for bookings and I was not notified nor did i change any settings. i did not have an bookings for a month due to my clients seeing no availability for any date on forward.

The availability is not showing as usual because of an invalid variant value, which can be fixed instantly by updating the duration to a readable value like "1 hour". We tried to contact you by email and phone several times and will try to connect again.
