Great functionality on this app, even on their free plan. We don't book appointments often, so their free plan was the perfect solution. It integrated seamlessly with our product pages, but required a bit of adjustments in order to be completely compatible with our store's custom theme. Their support team was diligent in doing this integration for us within 24 hours, and was extremely kind and helpful with all of our questions.

Before Sesami, I had to email each customer individually and go back and forth until we found a time that worked for us. Now that I'm using Sesami, my customers can easily choose a time slot that works for them and for me because I've already loaded time slots when I'll be available.

This is by far the best scheduling app for Shopify stores. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They worked with me as though they were my personal developers to solve an issue that kept presenting itself when I did theme updates. The app works great; the service is top notch and I would recommend Sesami to anyone needing to add a scheduling service to their site.

The team helped me sort out some HTML on my service page for a 'book a time' button, this has allowed me to optimised the page better for my ads.

Been experimenting with many different booking add-ons for Shopify. None of them do exactly what I want, but Sesami's is probably the most intuitive, user-friendly, and professional-looking. They've also done a great job responding to all my questions in a timely fashion and suggesting appropriate workarounds for any features they don't have yet.

The only feature I'm missing is added flexibility for scheduling my clients' appointment times. Currently it's set up to allow for blocks of time that the client can select from, but it doesn't let my clients set their appointments outside of those pre-set time blocks.

Amazing app and even better customer service. All my enquires was responded to within 24 hours. I had some issues installing the booking button on the pages so the Sesami developers helped me fixed this along with some customisation based on my site. Very happy with the result!
