Sesami : App de Réservation

This app is very straightforward and simple use! The customer service is excellent as well, Randy was able to solve my issue quickly and provided me with a customized tutorial on how to navigate the app.

予約のシステムはとても便利でした。施術時間の設定は、各商品メニューページのオプションで、duringの英語しか設定ができないのと、施術時間も1hourなど英語しか設定できない、メールでのリマインダーに、場所の案内が英語しか設定できない点もありましたが、工夫することで対応は可能でした。

Great app! I like it a lot for booking appointments. The only thing is that I found it difficult to block off time.

I now use Sesami for my sneaker customization business @fuegalab and the Sesami team has been so helpful in assisting customization requests for us. I used the app to add appointments and it has been amazing. Not to mention that the set up was easy compared to other apps I tried before and quitting because it was wayyy too complicated. Also Randy gave me the most amazing support, he even connected remotely to my computer to guide me through everything. I couldn't be happier with this app and the support team.

Sesami allows us to have the booking dashboard within the website, without redirecting the user to another URL. There might be prettier interfaces for the users, but this is a very, very important feature.
