Sesami : App de Réservation

I own a retail clothing store and Sesami helped me create a booking platform for private appointments for my customers. I am using it for a seasonal sale and our customers are loving it! This tool has taken my store to another level of professionalism and customer service!

This app was great for scheduling customer shopping appointments during our first phase of reopening after COVID. It was easy to use, quick to setup & worked great for what we needed. We were very happy with the app & would recommend to other stores looking for a scheduling tool.

This app is very straightforward and simple use! The customer service is excellent as well, Randy was able to solve my issue quickly and provided me with a customized tutorial on how to navigate the app.

予約のシステムはとても便利でした。施術時間の設定は、各商品メニューページのオプションで、duringの英語しか設定ができないのと、施術時間も1hourなど英語しか設定できない、メールでのリマインダーに、場所の案内が英語しか設定できない点もありましたが、工夫することで対応は可能でした。

Great app! I like it a lot for booking appointments. The only thing is that I found it difficult to block off time.
