Sesami : App de Réservation

Excellent. J'avais besoin de sesami en version français. L'équipe à été vraiment proactif et m'a aider sur ce projet le jour même. Ils connaissent leur job(stuff) vraiment bien.

App is really useful for booking and the support team helped me a lot what I asked to them. This app is recommend for booking.

I used the app to add appointments and it has been amazing. Not to mention that the set up was easy compared to other apps I tried before and quitting because it was wayyy too complicated. Also Randy gave me the most amazing support, he even connected remotely to my computer to guide me through everything. I couldn't be happier with this app and the support team.

Looked good at first sight but problems getting it working (wouldn't recognise customers when trying to add appointments via the app rather than customers booking themselves on website). Support has been difficult to raise and keep engaged on our problem.

I had a problem with Sesami. Well, I thought I was a problem. Turned out I didn’t understand how the functionality operated. The excellent team at Sesami explained things to me and then “Voilà!” I was able to set up my store’s appointment-based services the way I wanted.

Sesami allows us to have the booking dashboard within the website, without redirecting the user to another URL. There might be prettier interfaces for the users, but this is a very, very important feature.

App seams very good but I got some problems as both add to cart and book a appointment shows for the same item. This because shopify has the feature "add to cart" on all created products. I have however received wonderful help from Sesami support to solve this problem. Super happy about the customer support

Great support in getting this to work within my Shopify theme. My problem was handled so quickly, such a great service.

Using this app to book in store Video Consultations with clients during COVID. So it has been quite helpful. Had it for 2 weeks so far.
