Sesami Booking App

Sesami allows us to have the booking dashboard within the website, without redirecting the user to another URL. There might be prettier interfaces for the users, but this is a very, very important feature.

I have had lots of problems with this calendar. not user friendly. last 2 days customers have not been able to book sessions on the website the calendar pops up but the dates and tims wont load currently looking for other options for booking software compliant with shopify

Great support in getting this to work within my Shopify theme. My problem was handled so quickly, such a great service.

Glitchy. It's fairly straightforward to set up and use and, when it's working well, it's great! But I often have customers receiving an error notice when they try to select a time... they log back in in front of me and suddenly it's working again. I have the same experience when testing it. Sometimes it works, other times I receive an error message. Very frustrating!

The CX Manager Leonardo was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, this app does not fit my business. It does not allow me to set a blocked time for my classes. For example, the classes run every second Saturday for three weeks. This app will only allow those interested in attending a class to sign up and pay each week and not sign up and pay once for the series of classes. So, the stars go ...

Using this app to book in store Video Consultations with clients during COVID. So it has been quite helpful. Had it for 2 weeks so far.

The best app you need for service based products! This is the complete package with scheduling and everything you need.

this app is messy. it double booked my clients, it also creates issues with booking for my clients. It does not prompt to enter contact info and it does not sync with my google account automatically like most other booking apps. This is too much work.

there are couple of options to book an appointment.
the only thing you have to think about is that you can't have overnight booking .
